To resume your sessions, simply go to your profile section on the bottom left corner of your learning portal. Once there, choose the 'Cancel Pause' option to resume your sessions.

You can do this whenever required, even in the middle of the pause duration. Once resumed, your paused sessions will resume from the date you resumed.
