Once you switch to Intensive 2.0, you will have course-wise exams at the end of each of the courses, and grades will be given based on the scores obtained. An overall grade will be given as well for all the courses together.

To be eligible for the Industry Readiness Certification (IRC), you need to get at least a 7.5 cumulative grade.
