All of our hiring partners have access to the Skill Profiles of every CCBPian who is registered for the CCBP 4.0 Intensive program.

Skill Profile primarily covers the following things:

- Course Completion %
- React Projects Completed
- Performance in Assessments (Python IDP Test Score)
- Consistency in Learning (number of days learned)
- Performance in Mock Interviews
- Communication Skills
- Professionalism (sincerity while attempting exams, punctuality in attending company interviews, etc)

Whenever companies have a need for specific job roles, they filter the Skill Profiles database of CCBPians, shortlist the profiles, and then proceed to steps such as Assessment/Interview, etc.
