Make sure you are using an updated Chrome browser. Also, please follow the steps mentioned below and then try playing.

1. Open the Chrome browser.
2. Go to the Chrome settings
3. Click on the Privacy and Security option
4. Go to Clear Browsing data
5. Keep the time range all time and enable all the below options.
6. Then click on the clear data button
