If you don't have any Work/Internship experience, you can choose the ‘No’ option for the ‘Do you have any Internship or Work Experience?’ field in the Current Expertise block of the Basic Details section.

Otherwise, you can simply choose ‘Yes’ and then mention the details that suit your Work/Internship experience.
